Do you think that everyone should do one crazy "Euro Trip" then take 1 or 2 city vacations? Or do you wish you'd never done such a packed trip and just spread it out more???

It depends on the time you have available. If you're a college student, not shackled by limited vacation, then the crazy Euro Trip is what I'd recommend. But if you have 2 weeks, I'd pick one or two places for a visit.
